How can we help?
Find setup instructions, reading controls, and help connecting your devices.
Help for your device
Choose your device for setup, reading controls and connection help.
Start on Mac
Move Tracy Talk to Applications and try the built-in sample. To create your own speaking cues, open Settings, connect your supported AI service, and choose how you want to enter questions. Set up speech recognition separately if you want to use audio.
Read on iPhone or iPad
Open My Scripts and choose a script, or create one. Tap Start Reading. Adjust text size and speed in reading settings. Import UTF-8 TXT or Markdown files up to 1 MB. Your local scripts work without an internet connection.
iPhone & iPad helpConnect your Mac
Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network, or connect your Mac to your iPhone’s personal hotspot. On Mac, open iPhone Teleprompter and enable the link. On iPhone, open Mac Link, scan or paste the pairing information, and confirm the Mac. Allow Local Network access when asked. If you cannot use the camera, paste the pairing information instead. Some office and guest networks block connections between devices.
If a service is unavailable
Check your selected provider, model access, credentials, balance and endpoint. For audio, check the source, language and macOS permissions. Tracy Talk does not silently switch your provider or billing account.
Keep things up to date
Mac updates are supplied directly as a replacement app. Quit before replacing; your library and settings remain on your Mac. iPhone App Store availability will be announced at launch.
